Torquil was born in Texas and educated from age 5 in London and Boarding Schools in the English Countryside. His accounting background led him to a successful 25+ year career in the music business, where he quickly moved into publishing and artist/writer development. He enjoyed working with many award-winning Artists and Songwriters, including Sting, The Police, Phil Collins, Genesis, Peter Gabriel, and numerous others. He moved back to his home state of Texas in 2003 and has been representing buyers and sellers in Austin and surrounding areas since 2007.
His love of architecture and design and his personal success in investing in Real Estate led to his career in Real Estate, representing buyers and sellers in Austin and surrounding areas since 2007. His knowledge of loan programs has helped many buyers that did not believe they could qualify to buy a home. He seeks to make the Buying or Selling process as stress-free as possible.
