Born and raised in San Diego, California, Misa Ankar found her way to Chattanooga in 2005 after graduating from the University of San Diego. What brought a West Coast girl to the South, you ask? Love – of course! Misa married Dr. Charley Ankar DDS, a Chattanooga native, and she has never looked back. Together, Charley and Misa have two children who keep them on their toes in the best way possible.
Misa is, without a doubt, a charismatic and polished professional. She is committed to serving others, and she does so with a magnetic energy that none can deny. Misa has found that real estate provides her the opportunity to nurture many of her passions: building relationships, serving the community, and exposing others to all of the beautiful experiences Chattanooga has to offer. Misa has stated that among her reasons for pursuing a career in real estate is that “Chattanooga is a very promising city for property owners – a city great because of its scenery and developing areas, and a wonderful place to raise a family.” Because Misa prioritizes people over profit, she is committed to leading her clients in a way that will be beneficial to them not just in the short-term, but in the long-term as well. She understands that education is key, and she is intentional in educating both herself and her clients.
