"Kodak Hensley did a fantastic job during this entire experience. Since we were not from the area, we would have Kodak go to newly listed houses and provide us with a video of the entire house and yard. This was extremely helpful and allowed us to dismiss houses that did not meet our expectations.

Once we found the house we loved, Kodak advised us on the appropriate offer, which was accepted. Kodak made this a very smooth and easy business transaction. When additional issues were found regarding the house, Kodak worked diligently to get the seller to assist with the costs.

Overall, we had a great time working with Kodak and would definitely recommend him to anyone, especially buyers who do not live in the area."
