Diana Davies

I fell in love with Chattanooga on my first visit here and am proud to call this gem of a city my home! I love the outdoors, so being able to be on the river or up in the mountains in just a few minutes is a big bonus. My husband and I live downtown, so most daily destinations, from entertainment to errands, are within biking or walking distance from our home. We opened Chattanooga Electric Bike Co. in 2023 and are consistently working with various Chattanooga government and outdoor groups to bring better bike and pedestrian infrastructure to our scenic city.

I have spent most of my life serving others, from being a retail music regional manager to being a mother to starting up and running my award-winning, nature-based preschool program, "Happy Days." In addition, I enjoy volunteering at the Tennessee Aquarium and on our homeowner's Board of Directors. Strangers are only friends waiting to be made, and most Chattanoogans seem to feel the same way. I treasure the friendships I've made along the way just because I took the time to listen.

She went aboveand beyond anything that we could have asked for not only in selling our home but working out the purchase of three others all at the same time and they all flowed flawlessly.
