This guy....is and was amazing. Through the whole process, Torquil was above and beyond!! From "hoovering" my blinds for the original showing of my house, he and his lovely wife JK were there for our whole family. It could have been a traumatizing event, actually, with Covid and all the unrest, so our process was longer and extraordinarily delayed on several occasions. Despite my doubts and fears through this journey, Mr. Creevy was always the level-headed one, giving wise advice and comfort the whole way. He really stuck with our family over the long haul and came out to be our friend in many ways. Never pressured us to do anything we didn't feel comfortable with, as far as listing our property or not, (we withdrew listing a couple of times due to extenuating circumstances), but I even felt free to call him after the sale for some sage advice and encouragement. She does all her homework on properties your interested in or the ones she believes you might be interested in. Had a horrible realtor through Keller Williams before I switched to Katie. Another little note is communication was a big deal to me with the realtor before her since I was a first time home buyer and didn’t know how everything worked with buying a home. Katie was/is very knowledgeable of the Hamilton County area, as she grew up here locally. This was my first home purchase back in 2017, needless to say as a bachelor I was scared. I am certain there is no better realtor in TN and GA than Diane Burke. My husband and I were searching for a high end home for retirement, and met Diane when another realtor stood us up. Melissa did a great job from beginning to end with finding me a house. The process took a few months and she never got frustrated with my constant demands! She was able to negotiate a fantastic price for my home in a seller's market which was unbelievable. I will definitely use her for any future properties and recommend her to everybody I know!
