Kathie has been at Real Estate Partners Chattanooga since 2008, almost since the beginning. She has many stories from when Real Estate Partners Chattanooga was in its infancy and we all benefit from her experience. Kathie has almost always worked in the realm of real estate in one form or another. She has her BA in Business Management and was a General Services Administrator for the US Government before taking a position to work for a high-end custom builder out of Virginia. Kathie then made the move to work for Realty Center where she was for 19 years before coming to Real Estate Partners. She has an incredible eye for detail and does an impeccable job leading billing, paperwork, and overall operations at Real Estate Partners Chattanooga.

What is your favorite Part of REP? Exemplary leadership, family atmosphere, and a support of the work/life balance.

What area do you live in and what do you like about it? Outskirts of Red Bank. We have a small subdivision tucked away and a lot of people don’t even know it exists! Red Bank is still a quiet area but with access to downtown via I-27.

What is your favorite room in your home? My Family Room is my favorite because it is where we go to relax, curling up to a good book or to watch a movie. Many family memories are sealed within those walls!

Favorite way to enjoy living in the Chattanooga area? I love the outdoors and love the family lifestyle that festivals, farmer’s markets, and parks contribute to. It has been a great place to raise a family! I also love exploring the history of the region, which is abundant in Chattanooga.
