Diane is Managing Broker of the East Office. She has lived in the Chattanooga area all her life and grew up with multiple family members in real estate. When it was time to end her work in the corporate world, she knew she wanted to try real estate. In 2004, she found that she loved helping others find their first, next or new home.
Diane is a certified relocation specialist and holds the accredited buyer representation designation. After finding success on the Diane Burke Christa French Team, Diane stepped into the role of Managing Broker at the East Office in 2019. She has been vital in leading and growing the East Office to success, including an expansion into a brand new office in 2021. Christa and Diane still serve clients along with their team members too. Together, they have returned $130,557 of their commissions on home sales to 67 local heroes through the Homes for Heroes program. In 2021 alone, they returned $57,498 to 28 health care professionals, police officers, teachers, and members of the military, making them the second-largest contributor in Tennessee and placing them 23rd nationally.

What is your favorite part of REP? I was drawn to REP because it was not a franchise and is the largest locally owned brokerage. I also love the family atmosphere, along with the multiple opportunities to give back to local organizations.

What area do you live in and what do you like about it? East Brainerd. We love the convenience to be able to get to everything Chattanooga has to offer.

What is your favorite room in your home? I love my kitchen, where my daughter and I used to bake for all the neighbors every Christmas.
