Desiree Tombul

Before becoming a real estate agent, Desiree was a real estate appraiser for 10 years.  Now an agent for over 15 years, Desiree brings incredible insight into the real estate process for her clients with ber background in appraisals. As the Managing Broker at the Signal Mountain Office, she also lends her agents with that same unique knowledge. She's been in the Managing Broker role since 2018, and has seen the office through significant growth and an expansion and remodel in 2022. Everyone who works with and for her loves her relaxed, fun spirit! Desiree also serves her own clients across Signal Mountain and all of the Chattanooga area. 

• What is your favorite Part of REP? The integrity of the agents and staff.

• What area do you live in and what do you like about it? Signal Mountain. I love the peaceful, small-town vibe, as well as the beautiful foliage and trees, the natural bird sanctuary, the convenient amenities, and the incredible views.

• Why did you relocate to the Chattanooga area? I am originally from Florida, but came to escape the heat and enjoy four seasons. I also love the historic nature of the area and the outdoor living options.

• What is your favorite room in your home? I spend a lot of time on my back porch, mostly on my bed swing, which overlooks my yard fireplace and my bird feeders. It is so peaceful!

• Favorite way to enjoy living in the Chattanooga area? I love hiking, boating, and anything involved with enjoying the parks and the mountains.

• Favorite Local Business? Accents on Signal, Warehouse Row, Charlotte’s Web, Mangoes, and Chattanooga Shoe Co.

• Favorite Non-profit or cause? McKamey and Signal Mountain Social Services.
