Chattanooga is Claire Smith's longtime hometown by choice. A consistent, multi-million dollar producer, 23+ year Real Estate Leader, and Broker, Claire is a strong advocate for Chattanooga, Signal Mountain, and self-proclaimed cheerleader of the Scenic City's "lake life". Professionally, Claire holds her Broker's License and has earned both the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designations from the National Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, she is active in the local Greater Chattanooga Association of REALTORS® and a GCAR Leadership Program graduate. Claire has also completed education courses in Land sales and Senior real estate issues.
Claire has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers during her exemplary real estate career and has experience in relocation services, transaction buyer sales (listing and buyer representation), and owners' sales.
On a personal level, she is a member of the Signal Mountain Garden Club and Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church. An avid reader, Claire is also a member of two local book clubs.
A UTC Alumna, Claire, and her husband have long been active and played leadership roles at UTC on the Alumni Board, in the Colleges, and the UTC Greek/ Sorority System. They are, also, supporters of the University of Chattanooga Foundation. Claire has been an effective Official Real Estate Partner of UTC Athletics for three Sports seasons while assisting several UTC professors and Development staff locate local homes.
