Angela Tumlin

I am a native of Dayton, TN, and have been lucky to call the greater Chattanooga area my home all my life. After 20+ years as an entrepreneur, I decided to try my hand in real estate in 2022, along with my husband and team member, Dennis. My dad and grandad worked in residential construction and land development, so I grew up around the industry and felt drawn to the familiarities. After college, my husband and I built our first home, and I have felt a spark to help others do the same ever since. It made me realize how important it is to choose and build a home for your family, and I found myself spending my free time helping others create their dream home.

We enjoy spending our free time on the water and enjoying the small community we call home. As current East TN residents, and graduates of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, we have always felt a passion for preserving our small-town way of life, which inspired us to focus on waterfront properties, large acreage land, farm developments, etc. We see our career in real as an extension of our Christian faith and hope to serve others in their home buying process with integrity and real-life experience.
